At ChicAura Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If for any reason you’re not delighted with your order, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Style Note: To maintain our high standards, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Intimates (bras, bralettes) and jewelry are final sale items and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Fashion Concierge Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Subject: Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number] Dear ChicAura Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order #[Your Order Number]. Items to return/exchange: – [Product Name] in [Size/Color] – [Product Name] in [Size/Color] Reason for return: [Please specify] I have reviewed the return policy and confirm the items are in original condition with tags attached. Please advise next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Order Number] [Your Contact Email]

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping label if your return qualifies for free return shipping (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, include all tags and protective materials, and affix the provided return label. Drop your package at any authorized DHL or FedEx location.

Step 4: Receive Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after shipment), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund
  • Sale items are only eligible for store credit

Exchange Policy

We’re pleased to offer exchanges for size or color when inventory is available. Follow the standard return process and specify “Exchange” in your request. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received, with any price differences charged or refunded accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bras + Bralettes (Intimates category)
  • Jewelry
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding some Asian and remote regions), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Customs fees are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning international orders.
