Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Fashion Tip: For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting our Standard Shipping option for faster delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties, which are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every ChicAura purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our Fashion Concierge Team at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Subject: “Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Items you wish to return/exchange (product names, sizes, colors)
- Reason for return
- Confirmation that items are unworn, unwashed with tags attached
- Receive Authorization: We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label (if eligible) within 1-2 business days.
- Ship Your Return: Package items securely in original packaging with all tags and use the provided label. Drop at any DHL or FedEx location.
- Receive Refund/Exchange: We process returns within 5-7 business days of receipt and will notify you via email.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
- Sale items are only eligible for store credit
Exchange Policy
We’re pleased to offer exchanges for size or color when inventory is available. Follow the standard return process and specify “Exchange” in your request. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received, adjusting for any price differences.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Bras + Bralettes (from our Intimates category)
- Jewelry
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Style Note: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
International Returns
For our global customers, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Customs fees are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning international orders.
